The hotel is set in a great location near several train and subway lines. It is close to Tokyo and subway stations, as well as Tokyo Station. - There is a nearby metro station and a chicken place called Kofunechou where you can eat something.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super polite and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location was fantastic, with several metro stations within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the supplies I needed. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.
The limited clothes storage in the rooms. Some additional hooks or hanging space would have been helpful.

The hotel provided great support in getting a non-smoking room and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby subway stations and Tokyo Station. there were many shops and restaurants to explore in the area, making it a great location for walking and experiencing the city.
The rooms were not well noise isolated, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. it would have been better if the rooms had received a deeper cleaning, as the daily cleaning was not sufficient.

We had a great stay at Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi. the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we got a non-smoking room. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to subway stations and a pleasant walk to Tokyo Station. We enjoyed strolling through the historic Nihonbashi bridge and exploring the shops and restaurants in the area. the hotel itself was well-maintained and our room had all the amenities we needed, including a foot massager. We were definitely impressed and would choose this hotel again on our next trip to the city. Cons: All was good. 😊.
